Don't take our word for it, LED Light Therapy really works.

How To Use Your Fine-Light

Take a Picture before you use your Fine-Light for the first time it is very important to take a picture of the area you will be addressing. Improvements generally take place in small increments and can be difficult to see on a daily basis. Take the picture in a room that has no natural light and duplicate the exact lighting again when you take your "after" pictures.

Using the Fine-Light wash your face with a good quality skin care product before using the Fine-Light. Although optional, results will be more dramatic if used with a high quality anti-aging or moisturizing skin care product. Products containing Vitamin A (such as Retin-A®) should only be used after using your Fine-Light as these products may block the LED lights from penetrating into the skin.

1. Put on the safety goggles/glasses provided, place the mask on your head and adjust the head band to fit.
